We invite you on an enriching journey that will allow you to unwind, form meaningful connections, and tap into the natural world around you. Enjoy 5 nights, and 6 days of yoga, personal growth, adventure, and creative workshops. Our retreat space is an oasis of peace located in Nosara, Costa Rica, one of only 5 blue zones in the world. Blue zones are known around the world for their residents enjoying extraordinarily long, healthy lifespans. Our dreamy sanctuary will be at Norte Nosara, a boutique space nestled between the jungle and the Pacific Ocean. Just steps away from Nosara’s surf break. There will be 2 yoga classes daily, a sound healing session, a cacao ceremony, and daily adventures consisting of; zip lining, nature hikes, and a Full Moon Intention Workshop just to name a few.

Located in Nosara, Costa Rica, Guiones is a quaint beach area known for its pristine white sandy beach, friendly consistent waves, and breathtaking sunsets. Wrapped within a wildlife preserve, our community is home to a jaw dropping array of biodiversity, talented artists, yogis, and surfers.

Activities

Surround yourself with nature as you dive into your yoga practice, putting aside all worries and interruptions. Without the distractions of routine, you move closer to the purpose of yoga and connect with like-minded souls coming together as a community. This retreat offers an opportunity for personal growth and healing with our daily soul-nourishing and group adventure activities.

We will be offering 2 yoga classes daily, a Full Moon Intention Workshop, a sound bath healing session, a cacao ceremony, and daily group adventures consisting of; ziplining, nature waterfall hikes, and more.

Accommodation

Norte’s accommodations are modern thatched-roof bungalows scattered amongst the property. Each features a private entrance and secluded outdoor seating area. The interiors are comfortable and aligned with the tropical elements with either two twin beds or a King size bed depending on who you would like to share with. All rooms are furnished with hot water, air conditioning, biodegradable bath products, small refrigerator, Wifi, and locking safe for valuables.

Meals

Retreat pricing includes daily breakfast and lunch from Norte’s neighboring plant-based café, Naked Foods. Plant-based, organic, local, and always the highest quality. Besides the group’s welcome and farewell dinners, you are free to explore local restaurants offering delicious diverse international cuisine.

On-site, there’s a private bar, “The Jungle Bar,” which offers cocktails and superfood smoothies daily providing a comfortable space for group relaxation and connection.

To reserve your room and secure your spot a $500 deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid in full by April 1st, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

The $500.00 per person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations on or before April 20, 2024 (60 days prior): You will forfeit your deposit of $500.00. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
Any cancellations made after April 20, 2024 are 100% non-refundable.
