What type of hot yoga do you oﬀer?
We oﬀer vinyasa yoga in a heated room. Vinyasa yoga focuses on a series of continuous movements, combined with breathing techniques, which is why it is referred to as flow yoga. Vinyasa tones muscles and increases flexibility.
The studio is heated to 95-100 degrees using an infrared heating system. Benefits of infrared heat.
I’m new to yoga, can I come to all the classes?
Do you oﬀer a trial class?
A Single class is $25, or you can take advantage of our new student promotion, 30-days unlimited for $69. This promotion is a great way to get to know the teachers and get the feel for the studio. After the 30 day trial, you can choose from either of our Monthly Unlimited options or class packages of 5, 10 or 20 classes. More information is available on the Pricing Page.
What should I bring to class with me?
Just yourself, a water bottle, yoga mat, a hand towel, and a big towel. If you don’t have a mat, no worries! We have high-quality Manduka mats available for rental ($5). We also have yoga towels and water for purchase at the studio.
What should I wear?
Most of our classes are heated between 95-100 degrees, so you’ll want to make sure you wear clothes that are comfortable, breathable, and easy to move in. No shoes or socks are allowed in the studio space.
Do I need to sign up before I come?
We have limited spacing in our studio, therefore signing up is encouraged to ensure your spot, especially during our seasonal months (November-May).
Is there a cancellation/no-show fee?
Yes, there is a $15 no-show or late cancellation fee. If you cannot make it to class, please cancel 4 hours prior to class start time to avoid the charge.
How do I sign up for classes?
You can register for classes through the website (here) or the Mindbody app. Once you have selected the class you want to attend, it will give you some choices for payment.
Is there an age requirement for heated classes?
Students must be at least 14 years old to practice in the heated classes and we require a parent/guardian signature in the studio prior to taking a class for any student under 18.
- Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class when possible
- Please silence all cell phones and devices, and put smartwatches on Do Not Disturb
- Please observe the silence of the studio space. Connecting and socializing with other students is always welcome and encouraged in our lobby
- No shoes or socks in the studio space
- Only bring your mat, towel, and water bottle into the studio space
